The Club has marked this centenary year with the publication of a book and a DVD: The Centenary Book will focus on the history of the Club's first one hundred years while the Centenary DVD looks at the many loss prevention initiatives promoted by the Club.

The Club has just published a book that tracks its growth from a tiny mutual club insuring the last of the coastal sailing ships to today’s position as a global insurer.
A new loss prevention DVD has been produced for the centenary describing the work of The Ship Safety Trust and the wide-ranging and innovative contribution it has made to promoting safety at sea.
